BabelFish is looking for a someone who lives and breathes DeFi and stablecoins, who leads from the back, and who believes in organic growth. As Project Manager, you’ll be in charge of overseeing the protocol’s development, as well as getting involved in the community, social, and outreach efforts to help raise the profile of the BabelFish.money brand.
Skills we’re looking for in this role:
Strong competency in product management methodologies
Experience developing features from conception to launch, managing execution, and delivering high-quality products
Experience and knowledge in Web3, including things like smart contracts, tokens, and cryptocurrency as a whole
Experience hiring, managing, and leading cross-functional team projects with competing priorities and stakeholders
Proficient knowledge in process mapping and other process analysis techniques as well as systems implementation and development lifecycles
BabelFish is looking for a full-stack engineer experienced in backend and passionate about DeFi and stablecoins. BabelFish is fast growing and looking for ninjas to add to the team. You will play a key role in moving the project forward in a way that not only ships new features but also maintains a culture of innovation, trust, and autonomy.
Skills we're looking for in this role:
Demonstrable Solidity experience
Node.js / TypeScript / Python experience
Experience building scalable well-engineered backend services
Experience with one or more document databases
Experience on a cross-functional engineering team collaborating on a codebase with git, pull requests, CI/CD
Comfort exploring logs and metrics Interested in learning new tech and tricks, e.g. bridges, swaps, rollups
